Lignin fuel pellets for industrial and household use.
The pellets are made by compressing dried and ground up hydrolysed lignin, without any chemical, bonding, or adhesive additives. The lignin for these pellets is made at a cellulosic ethanol factory as a by-product.
Lignine fuel pellets advantages
• Ideal winter fuel. Pellet is hydrophobic – it can be stored outdoors and is not subject to oxidation;
• Can be mixed with other types of fuels;
• Perfect substitute for coal or wooden pellets of A1 grade - high levels of caloric capacity and density in bulk;
• Pellet quality is with compliance with the EU standard ISO 17225-1:2014;
• Pellets do not produce any odours during combustion, and are completely non-allergenic;
• In high-efficiency boiler facilities, the pellet smoke is virtually colourless;
• No loss of chemical and physical properties, no degradation, no absorption of moisture with prolonged outdoor storage;
• Not an explosive or fire hazard, with an ignition temperature of more than 410–530 °C;
• Automated production using German technology that guarantees consistent quality;
• No special requirements for storage and transport;
• Raw materials for the production of the pellets are available in unlimited quantities throughout the year.
