We produce 3 standard types of insulated panels.
Panel characteristics:
-Thickness 319 mm (OSB panel 12mm + basalt wool 150 mm + OSB panel + 150mm ESP + plastering) - Used timber 45 x 195 mm.
-Thickness 219 mm (OSB panel 12mm + basalt wool 150 mm + OSB panel)
-Thickness 219 mm (OSB panel 12mm + basalt wool 150 mm + OSB panel)
The panels have all communication outputs. The house can be installed at any time of the year and has A + class of heat capacity.
Timing:
We have a full technical ability to build panels in the period from 60 to 120 days according to an individual project, it is possible to assemble them by building a house in a period from 4 to 6 days. According to a typical project for a large-scale facility such as a village, the panel production rate is calculated for 50 finished houses per month.
