The plant is designed to produce 200 t/h of road mix with a finished product initial moisture content of 4% and a temperature of 160°C under the following standard conditions:

These 100 x 100 mm screens are placed on the aggregate hoppers to prevent non-standard aggregates and foreign materials from entering the belt.

Belt feeders
Belt feeders are driven by an inverter-controlled gear motor. Narrow hubs and guide rollers ensure smooth belt operation. A material flow sensor alerts when the unit is running low.

Burner - Benninghoven RAX-JET TURBO 3 Liquid-fuel
Key features:
The burner is a compact monoblock design. Mounted on steel rails, the entire unit can be slid back for inspection of the burner and drying drum.
For optimal dryer operation, the air flow is generated by an internal radial-axial fan. Fan for optimal combustion.

The burner fan is an axial fan with an internal conveyor motor, featuring a specially enclosed, waterproof, and dust-proof design.
