Vertical Cassette System.
The vertical cassette system is a mold for vertically infilling walls. The advantage of producing walls with this equipment is that both panel surfaces are smooth, meaning the walls require no further finishing after installation, which is particularly beneficial for residential projects. Furthermore, the cassette mold can ensure high productivity while minimizing the required workspace.
This cassette mold has 8 working lines (cells) with a maximum size for panels up to 8.5 x 3.5 m. This mold allows for the production of panels of varying thicknesses using different sets of lower support plates. The size can be customized according to the customer's specifications.
The molds have polished working plates and are made of steel reinforcement. The cylinders are opened and closed by a hydraulic pump unit with an electric control panel.
The lower bases are height-adjustable and have side louvers.
The offer includes a set of 8 adjustable lower support plates. 210 mm thick.
As an option, we can also offer a set of two side magnetic shutters for the casting line.
The battery mold can accommodate panels of other thicknesses; this can be achieved with new sets of lower support plates and side shutters.
The company can also supply any door and window shutters.
Hydraulic control unit.
With a 12.5 hp motor, it automatically executes all opening and fastening movements from an electric control panel. The unit can be moved from the entire factory setup to service multiple cassette molds. This panel complies with European safety legislation and has separate buttons for:
- Opening and closing panels
- Emergency stop
- Pump start.
Pneumatic vibration system.
The kit includes a pneumatic vibration system consisting of independently operating VSP vibrators and a manifold for connection to the customer's compressor. Specifications:
Frequency: 13,000 VPM
Air consumption: 1,800
Centrifugal force: 5,413 kg, 53.10 kN
Outer rotor eccentricity: 6.75
Working pressure: 6 bar
Electric vibration system.
This electric vibration system consists of electric vibrators mounted on a rotary table chassis and a frequency converter.
Vibration frequency up to 9,000 min-1
Centrifugal force up to 1,429 kg / 14.02 kN
Noise level up to 83 dB (A)
Frequency converter
A mobile chariot with a frequency converter supplies energy to the vibrators and, therefore, controls the frequency supplied to the vibration system. This ensures perfect control of concrete compaction and superior end product quality.
The frequency converter has selectors for activating different vibrator sequences, allowing vibration to be activated in only half the table.
The converter has a selector for each vibrator. It also has a potentiometer and a digital display showing the applied vibration frequency.
Heating System
As an option, the battery-powered version can include a closed-loop heating system with finned pipes for hot water and insulated canvas covers.
